      I love this lens! Those questions I never thought about before. I mean, I knew there was some questions that were a bit frightening but, not that frightening! I'm 16 and I've had only one job, and that job didn't even require a resume. I was fortunate. :-)I'm guessing I will be coming back to this lens often!

      Great interview questions you covered in this lens. Yes, it's important to go prepared and do some homework on the company. It helps a great deal when you go prepared. One important thing to that I've found very helpful is to know you strengths (and weaknesses) and be prepared to discuss how they related to the job/company.

      Interviews are a little nerve wracking. You HAVE to go in prepared for any question, and be on your toes (without seeming nervous). It's probably the toughest part of any job! Thanks for the advice, this will surely come in handy for a lot of interviewees.
