If you’re a teenage or in your mid 20’s then this will be a good article which you can read during the pandemic and lockdown.

I am super excited to write about this topic and many ideas are coming to my mind. But, I also feel sad that nobody told me about such investment during my 20’s. I learned about these things related to different kinds of real investment in a hard way.

If you’re in your 20’s and looking forward to investing your amazing free time then I have some great ideas for you. These ideas will not only help you in your career but these will also help you to grow as a better human being. So, let’s see where you can invest your free time during the 20’s.

Invest Time In Reading Books

One of the first and best investments anyone can do during the 20’s is in reading books. And here we are not talking about reading college notebooks. No, we are talking about reading self-improvement books.

During this time, especially in big cities, many youngsters like to spend their time watching movies and playing videos games online. As per my experience, they are the worst habits which we have developed as human beings. I also use to watch many movies and there was no one to guide me during those days.

So, if you are serious about improving your life then stop watching movies and playing video games and start reading self-improvement books. Spend 300 to 400 rupees each month, purchase a book and start reading with full concentration.

Reading books will give you 10x more benefits than watching movies or playing games. Remember someone who is successful in life is giving you real knowledge and advice in just 300 rupees, which you will never get by watching countless movies and playing video games.

Invest Time In Online Courses

During my time there were no online courses available. In fact, I never got the chance to use 4G when I use to stay in any big cities. But in today time just scroll your Facebook, Instagram or open any YouTube channel and you can see many people trying to sale their online courses.

Now getting any kind of knowledge and education is just a click away.
In fact, I have learned many things free of cost from YouTube itself. In recent times, I have learned how to create whiteboard animation videos from YouTube. And I am learning how to use Audacity software from YouTube only.

So, let me tell you the secret YouTube and the internet is a free source of learning so many things. You only need to spend time and a few bucks to learn any new skills online of your choice.

Invest Your Time In Implementing What You Learn

After reading books and taking online courses by now you will get some idea as to how you can start your online career. So, the next best thing which you can do is start implementing what you’re learning online. Start your own online business even if you fail, still start and get the experience. So, the next time you will be performing much better.

In fact, until the last year 2019, I use to take as many as free webinars just to get some business ideas. Even in free webinars, you get to know many new things.

But from 2020 onwards, I have almost stopped attending webinars. Now, I fully concentrate only on implementing my daily task and goals. And eventually, you will also have to do it. As since I do multiple things online I need to concentrate on implementing more.

Invest Time In Healthy Food

You might have heard health is wealth. And this is absolutely true to the core. And even modern research says - we are what we eat. So, if you want to stay healthy and fit then you will have to start eating healthy food.

In many big cities, many youngsters ignore the right kind of food habit.
We spend lots of money and valuable time on eating fast junk foods.
So, next time if you are planning to eat outside make sure you eat healthy food. Your body and digestive system will thank you in the long run.

Just do three things properly, first do physical exercise, eat right and take proper sleep. Once you will understand how important it is to eat right then your understanding about life will change.

Invest Time In Travelling

I would say if you can travel during your 20’s then that is one of the best ways to spend your free time. If you really want to understand the culture and food habits of different regions then you must travel.

I remember like me there are millions who join the corporate rat race. We grind ourselves day and night. We go to big cities in search of new jobs.

So, I would definitely suggest don’t just work day and night, go out travel in those big cities. Go to famous places, meet new people and this will help you to open your eyes and mind to a different world. And you never know what new ideas you can generate from those travelling.

Whatever points I have shared for that I have used my personal experience. And yes, I am in my 30’s. So, I am eligible to give some honest advice to youngsters.

During this time we get lots of free time so I will highly advise to use that time wisely. Because you can get back almost everything in life except the time. Build solid habits which will give you long term benefits and the best returns. I hope you found this article of mine honest to the core.
