An Introduction if you will

I'm many things. I'm just another person on the totem poll of life. A worker bee in society. A writer, a social butterfly. A low key person.

I work for an establishment widely known in the deep south (especially in Georgia) as a waitress. I work hard and I play easy. I earn every cent I make and I do it with pride. I have an amazing fiancee (soon to be husband in September) who spoils me rotten and three wonderful dogs that are like our children. We have a home that we can proudly call our own.

I'm a writer. Though I'm not one of the writing elite here on Hub Pages, I write from the heart. And to me that makes the best writer possible. I get a joy out of sharing my criticisms and my knowledge with anyone who would happen to take the time to read them. I voice my opinions loud and strong and I know that not everyone will agree with what I have to say. But to me that is ok. Every one is entitled to their opinions.

I have a vast, large family. I endure and yet love them with everything I have. We bicker, we fight, we call names, and we do not always agree with the way we each live our lives. But that to is ok. Because we are family and that's all that matters.

I come from a cruel and malicious up-bringing with my real mother. But I've found it in my heart to forgive, but never forget. She, after-all, did give birth to me.

I'm not the type of 27 year old that has to spend her time in bars or partying it up on drunken nights to have fun. I would almost rather to have a small get together at my home with dinner and funny conversation. I'm more of a home body than and out on the town sort of girl.

I love to read anything I can get my hands on. Sadly though the Internet gets more of my reading potential than actual books do anymore. My favorite author thus far has to be J.D. Robb. (aka Nora Roberts)

I play on Facebook daily as well as Myspace and Twitter. Online gaming to me is unnecessary and a vast waste of time in many cases. (Tho the only game I do play is pet society). I manage 30+ blogs and forums and have fun doing so and interacting with very interesting people. I also write to about 10+ pen pals. And I enjoy it very much.

This is a brief introduction into the life of GqGirl. I wanted my readers now and future readers to know where some of my stories and opinions may come from. And who I am as a human being. Hope you enjoyed.
