I'm doing the HubChallenge! 100 Hubs in 30 Days - Am I Crazy?

Updated on May 11, 2009

After being sick for the latter part of last week and the entire weekend, I went to school today. After all, this is my final year at school, which to me is important. But after walking into my first class I was told I had to go home - which was a definite shock. Apparently the Director General has issued an order for everyone who displays cold- or flu-like symptoms to be sent home, due to the highly contagious nature of the recent swine flu to-be pandemic. Aside from that, my teacher told me that she wouldn't appreciate me being sick around her - which is understandable since she has enough on her plate already without being ill on top of it.

So, that was that. I should now be at home for at least another day or two until the last of the cold I've been suffering from subsides. And in the meantime? I shall be participating in the HubChallenge - to publish 100 hubs in 30 days.

Am I crazy? I do believe so. To publish 100 hubs will be a massive effort, but I'm looking forward to seeing the results of the challenge and perhaps making a little extra money on the side. As my profile states, I am on HubPages to write about subjects that interest me and to get me writing skills up to par. It is my belief that the HubChallenge will help me achieve this.

To everyone else contesting in the HubChallenge: I would like to wish you good luck.

      Well done you !!!!!!!!!!!

the swine flue is a pain for sure... I really like your writing skill, I think you will go far and a warm welcome to hub pages. I have not been around long, and spend more time reading hubs than writing them....
