It was taken as I was riding in a cyclo (cycle rickshaw) in the streets of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). When I frist went to Vietnam they were the transport of choice - now its all motorised except for the few for the tourists! They are unique in that the only fit one (westerner) and you sit in front of the driver so its scary with the local traffic. My partner managed to get the pic from his rickshaw - and as you can see I was having a ball!
Things to Think About When You Choose a Profile Photo
Don't choose a full face photo which could be used for identity theft - a photo which pass passport regulations - a photo at, angle, smiling with the face partly obscured is perfect;
I personally don't like photos which include other people - is this profile about you or your family - don't you have your own identity?
Be consistent - I use the same photo on blogs and twitter - so people recognise me
