Does hubpage questions really need a negative feedback part?

Aren't we all grown ups. For questions that lead to discussion is negative feedback not a hindrance instead of a helpful tool? I've hardly seen any answer to a question that should have been marked as negative feedback Isn't it time for hubpages to skip this part and open up more space for discussion. Instead of censorship because that is what it is. What do you think? Should hubpage elimated the negative feedback part, or do you think it is a good thing and has a function?

No Jeremy I talk about the fact that lots of answers are hidden because of a so called 'negative feedback'.
