I keep daydreaming about owning a caravan in Wales. How wild is that?

Sorry. a caravan in Wales is about as attainable for me as a mansion in Beverley Hills. I am boring, and, there was a purpose for me asking you about MS. Had discovered you could have keyword research tool for free, but not other features. See, I can be very wild.big_smile

There is a famous, old, awesome poem. It has the word "wimbly" in it. What is that poem? Anyone?

  6. paradigmsearch profile image60
    paradigmsearchposted 11 years ago

Hah! I remembered a second word and was able to find it.

    JABBERWOCKY

    Lewis Carroll

(from Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There, 1872)
`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
    All mimsy were the borogoves,
      And the mome raths outgrabe.

    "Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
      The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand:
Long time the manxome foe he sought --
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
      And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
      And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
      The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
      He went galumphing back.

"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
    O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
      He chortled in his joy.

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
      Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
    All mimsy were the borogoves,
      And the mome raths outgrabe.

It was Della and a dealer and a dog named Jake,
    And a cat named Kalamazoo,
Left the city in a pickup truck.
Gonna make some dreams come true.

  10. paradigmsearch profile image60
    paradigmsearchposted 11 years ago

Yeah, they rolled out west where the wild sun sets,
And the coyote bays at the moon.
Della and a dealer and a dog named Jake,
    And a cat named Kalamazoo.

  11. paradigmsearch profile image60
    paradigmsearchposted 11 years ago

If that cat could talk, what tales he'd tell,
About Della and the Dealer and the dog as well.
    But the cat was cool,
And he never said a mumblin' word.

Down Tucson way there's a small cafe,
Where they play a little cowboy tune.
And the guitar picker was a friend of mine,
By the name of Randy Boone.

  13. paradigmsearch profile image60
    paradigmsearchposted 11 years ago

Yeah, Randy played her a sweet love song,
And Della got a fire in her eye.
The Dealer had a knife and the dog had a gun,
And the cat had a shot of rye.

  16. paradigmsearch profile image60
    paradigmsearchposted 11 years ago

Yeah, the Dealer was a killer; he was evil and mean,
And he was jealous of the fire in her eyes.
<snipped by poster, you'll have to look it up>,
And he swore that Boone would die.

And the stage was set when the lights went out,
There was death in Tucson town.
Two shadows ran for the bar back door,
But one stayed on the ground.
