I received a email form HP with regard to Duplication.
This was my answer:
Hi The HubPages Team
I think I'm right in saying that the duplicate content is in one of my own hubs:
http://tony2.hubpages.com/hub/Fire-risk … case-study
The two story's are some what different the above explaining how I arrived at finding out the process of obtaining my first fire risk assessment.
and the latest hub http://tony2.hubpages.com/hub/Bed-and-B … Assessment
Is one of a group of Hubs relating to the setting up and running of a Bed and Breakfast business with a Fire Risk Assessment being the most important
part. No F.R.A. no business.
The main reason for this hub is to hand, anyone who's interested in setting up a Bed and Breakfast business, a working Fire Risk Assessment
which will enable them to create their own F.R.A. and consequently start their business.
However there definitely is very similar content which you can't really miss out or change because of the laws and nature of the topic.
With this in mind and to publish within the rules of HP, I have this morning unpublished http://tony2.hubpages.com/hub/Fire-risk … ase-study, in favor of
what could be at least a 15 hub topic; in the setting up and running of a Bed and Breakfast business.
Please confirm if my actions have corrected the situation.
No one's got back to me?
Hey 2Tony! Most of our support team works weekdays, not weekends, so sometimes it takes a while for responses to roll in when you send messages over the weekends or on Friday evenings.
You should hear back from the team soon! Thanks for your patience.
HP staff don't tend to deal with these kinds of queries at the weekend so you'll probably need to wait a day or two before you get a reply.

I have noticed that when I open up some hubs to read that there is a # symbol at the end of the url. What does this mean - is it anything to do with the idling/pending/whatever they are calling it this week business? And why only on some hubs?

There have been so may forum threads and posts (some quite offensive to HOD authors), that I would suggest the HOD should be selected by readers votes.Under the "useful, funny, etc." chain, a link: "Vote" would allow a reader to vote for the hub as HOD.The hub that...

One of my articles was recommended in today's HubPages newsletter. I'm honored but I am wondering how did that happen.
