My Amazon Capsule shows the used price, not the retail price of $16.15.
Why is that?
It will show the lowest available new price from Amazon or any of the stores that sell through Amazon. The price you're seeing isn't a used price, but rather a new price that is lower than Amazon's price (although it may not be lower when Shipping is considered).

I love that you don't have to pay full price for anything! Simply do a search on an item or a retailer and you can find coupons to either print or use a discount code during your transaction. You can sign up for daily deals and get email notifications to purchase a great deal.
