I am baffled! I'm not talking about hubpage views being say, 500 one day and 100 the next... I have a hub article
and the views change throughout the day, up and down, which makes no sense to me at all! I mean literally that when I look at it once, it may be, let's say, 380. Then the next time I look at it it will be 368. (Let's say that's 1 hour later). Then two hours after that it's 386. Then maybe 361 a few hours later.
What would make your actual page view count go up and down like that? It's not like I ever click on my own pages except when I'm logged into my account. I don't get it!
Rolling stats. What you see covers the most recent time period stated. As opposed to cumulative stats, which is a total count to date.
There's a teeny "help" in blue over on the right on your account page (it sits just above where your earnings are stated, parallel to the teeny words My Account > Hubs) and it explains how the stats work if you click on it.
That's the number of views you've had over the last 24 hours. If you check again one hour later (assuming the stats have updated) then those views that came 25 hours ago will no longer count, but new ones will be added, so the total is always changing up or down.

As fast as I'm trying to fix up hubs that are unfeatured, the problem isn't that there is something wrong with them, but that they are being unfeatured as a result of lack of traffic. Isn't this short sighted? Some topics just don't get that much traffic. It's not because they are badly written,Is...

Why would a hub which gets single digit page views per day suddenly jump to an extreme high?I have a hub that has been getting single digit page views per day for two and a half years. Today it has 229. Has anyone had this experience before? Any insight into what might be going...

Why I can see pageviews on my UNPUBLISHED article? Does it mean hubpage counts my own page views?

Why do my page view numbers sometimes go down? Can someone 'unsee' a page?Just curious to know how my page total can actually drop. One of my hubs had 57 views for quite a few hours, and then dropped to 56. Note: 24 hours had not passed from time of submission to time of page count decline.

So when I first published all my articles they seemed to average 5-10 views per day (approx.) but now they only average 0-5? I feel like each article gets a boost when it's first published, and then the articles are kinda kicked down into the archives? Is this normal? Thanks!
