Does Hubpages allow you to post articles about a class you are offering along with a link to the sign up page?
Hi there - I believe that is considering promoting a service. You might be reprimanded for it and possibly banned from the site. I suggest you promo on Facebook. Hub is for writing only.
How about having an introduction in your Bio on your profile page. You can mention the url of your blog/website there. People who visit your profile to check articles, or to follow you, or read your bio will know about your website, and they can visit and enroll that way if they like it.
