its been more than a week since i submitted my adsense form.still no reply??
and why does in affiliate settings the google status is shown as "error"??
Hey, don't you worry... its perfectly normal... Google takes upto 14 days to review your pages and to give a reply,
The "error" is been shown on your account because hubpages has not got any confirmation on your adsense account (u've not yet got). So, u don't have worry about that either.
All you can do is do some good, informative, content rich hubs while u waite for your adsense approval.
