Is there anything I can do to a hub to keep its rank stable and not fluctuating?
I don't know anything that can be done to achieve such stability.
Does the rank not consistently change due to traffic and interaction in the community?
You can try to keep your bounce rate low. You can interlink your hubs with similar topics and target only a specific audience. This will allow you to predict when you will be getting alot of traffic and when it will be low.
The rank is not very significant, just make sure it is over 50. It will change depending on many factors, most of which we don't know. What I do know is when I get alot of traffic it goes up, the opposite happens when no one is really reading the hub.

I have a hub about cell phones that generally has a hub score between 92 to 95. This evening it has been fluctuating between 2 and 5! Is there a bug in the system? Any ideas?

I've added a few hubs lately, but otherwise...

It seems that now I have been more active on the site, HubPages has lowered my scores on some hubs, but also increased my score on others. Anyone know why that is? Thank you, everyone! :-)
