It's the same process as in hubs. Either write the full url www.thesite.com which will go blue and clickable automatically or write the text you want to link with, eg. my blog > then highlight the text, click on the link symbol (an 8 on it's side) a new window will pop up asking you to insert the url. Do that and click ok. You'll now see the text is in blue and is clickable.
