Why is my unpublished Hub getting viewers? I now have Five views and I have never published the Hub!
Your visits to your own hubs count in the views. If you want to see statistics on unique visitors, etc, you should sign up for Google Analytics. See http://hubpages.com/faq#googleanalytics
Maddie is completely right. But I just wanted to say: I know exactly how you felt when you first noticed that. Hahaha, I was so horrified and worried that I didn't believe then what Maddie has just told you. So relax, take your time working on the quality of what you are doing and forget the count. Good Luck.
Well, It could be the hub team OR it could be you going in to edit. Prior to being published, everytime you go into the hub, it will register as a view.

Why does my previously unpublished article show 99 views?I just published a new hub and noticed that it had 99 view before I even hit the publish button. is this some sort of glitch?

Why is it that the total (ever) goes up as (1 day) goes downJust wondering why the ever views go up and as the daily views go down. Also, why is it you start a hub and the score starts at 50 and as you are writing it goes to 49 or 48?

I know that our own views are counted on the stats page but I have not opened this hub to edit it today and yet I can see that I have had four visits!
