What is the number of times the title of a Hub should be in the content?
How many times should the title be in the content of the Hub? I was told only once in the title and once in the content, is that true?
You should worry much more about the quality of the content than the SEO mechanics.
There is no specific answer to your question. If you had a twenty word title, that specific phrase might never be in your content at all. A two word title might have those two words several times.
So no, it isn't "true". It might be true for a specific case.
