Sure, the more the better. As far as you hubs go, Kontera ads will only be displayed if someone is not logged in. So if they find you in a search engine, and they aren't a hubber, then they will see your Kontera ads.
It's a small percentage, but every little bit helps.
The most popular answer about Kontera seems to be that without around 10,000 views per day it isn't worth it. As that figure is far beyond me at this time, I haven't really even investigated Kontera.
I do use both Amazon and Adsense, though, and wish I could get eBay.

There is no harm in having both. However there is another theory about kontera ads causes visitor to hop frequently due to intrusive in line tags....moreover kontera ads demand frequent visitors..else the revenue will dip to around few cents only.....Adsense and kontera never conflict with each other ...i believe that suffices....
