Has anyone had (financial) success with blogger.com
Also, if you had a choice, would you host on Blogger.com, or buy your own domain names/hosting at something like host gator?
if i would have money then i will prefer buying your own domain as you are the official owner.
I have my own domain. Then again, eleven years ago when I started it, blogging didn't exist.
I have heard about people who have had huge financial success with blogger. They can easily make living from just one blog there but again they are a very few people.
I would recommend having your own domain for financial success.
Thanks for the info. I am just getting started with all this and I surely appreciate all the great info shared here.
I have done very well with Blogger. Very well. But you do need to do all of the appropriate things -- keyword research, find a niche, etc.

I saw some articles about Google rebranding Blogger in the coming weeks. What affect will this have on current blogs. When people say, it's 'best to have own blog' what exactly do they mean by this? Have a domain name? Use Wordpress?

Hi, I'm completely new to freelance writing and I thought I'd give it a shot because writing is second nature to me and it's something I really enjoy. But I'm not sure if a website like HubPages fits what I want to write about. It's been suggested to me that blogging is more up my alley. What I...
