When you're done you can click the publish button at the top. If you have a saved hub, go to that hub and click Edit. Then click the publish button. This will show your hub to the rest of the world.
The question is very confusing... that is to say I'm not sure what you are asking.
You have to get to know the various tools. You usually start with a text and photo arrangement... you choose that when you select start a hub. So there is a text box and it's a lot like notepad with some basic edit tools. You write something and hit the save button. You can add extra text areas, or photo areas or video areas.
The point is you have to get to know the tools and remember to save.
You need to ask a more detailed question or say more about what the problem is. Your question is really hard to answer because you don't really say what the problem is.
So post the question with more detail about what exactly you are having a problem doing.

When I am working on a new hub, almost everytime I click the publish button (even though I've looked at the preview several times) I see something else about the layout that I want to alter.Question is - is it my own hubpages version of stage fright or do the hubs really look slightly different...

When creating a new hub, the green "publish" hover button is on the right at the top of the page. In order to save the hub unpublished, the writer must click on the middle hover button labeled "save unpublished." Once the hub has been saved in this way, the publish button moves....

I just published a new hub and while editing before publishing I swear I saw an option to share my hub on Facebook. I've done that before with other hubs, but now that I hit the publish button I don't see any option to share it on Facebook. Help please.

Once I start my Hub, do I need to finish it in one sitting, or is there a "save as draft" setting?
