you can build as manny as you wish links...
Problem with google is when you use automated softw or service to build up backlinks, becouse there is too manny links showing up in short time.
I know from personal experiances that is bothering building backlinks manualy, but belive me this is the best way to find relative content an put your backlink there, and more important is that manual links stick usualy...

I would never use Angela's Links. More so today than ever before you need to be concerned with which sites are linking to you. Usually these cheap links are on real poor quality places. Places you would not be proud to have your name and brand. Link Building is an ugly business. But If you can just put down your head and focus on link building the manual links are much more powerful. It is very tiring and difficult. But it can be done!
