How about adding new articles to a hub and keeping old articles below the new article?
Or should you simply create a new hub for each new article, and leave the older articles intact so that they are always available for people to read?

Try sending an email to HubPages staff direcently and explain your frustrations. I have found in the past they at least respond even if they don't give the results you wish for.The help wizard is how you do it.
