Does voting up and rating your own Hub have any effect? Why does HubPages allow this?
I didn't know you can do that. It is self serving and if you are rating your own hub, I say that you are biased, so whats the point of rating it?
I don't think it will be counted if you rate your own hub. Then what is the purpose of rating. The readers should rate your hub, which is considered valid.
