I wrote the above Hub today, but I know I can do things to help garner more interest and clicks. What do you suggest.
I think your tags are a little too general and wide. As the article is about Unions, corporations and government maybe look into narrowing the tags to reflect this to improve the PR. just some thoughts and not a SEO expert here though. You could also look at other popular articles to see how they are getting their PR and traffic.
