Can we write a Hub reviewing a website, for example an online bank? I tried reading the regs.
but didn't find anything specific on it.
I am almost positive you can. I wrote one awhile ago about Ford Credit.
By all means do! Hubpages is designed to be a highly reputable source of information for people surfing for it. It already does a great job at doing that; hence it's high page ranking with search engines. More valuable reviews like yours can only contribute to the great repuation at Hubpages.
Yes you can, but avoid including more than one link to that site. Be aware that you should use words to indicate that the article is just your opinion.
If you use "facts", then you must be ready to prove them. Also useful is to include words such "according to......" if the article is critical.
You can review pretty much anything. the only limitation is you can't have adsense on reviews that relate to firearms, smoking, gambling or sex.

Readers are not stupid. We can see when someone knows what they are writing about and when they are just rewriting material from the web.I was looking for (I leave this out, I think, don't want to attack specific people) I first googled it, read a few reviews, then checked some products on...
