I have followed your tutorial on deep etching, which was very helpful.
I have gone over the process a few times, but I do not have a 'masking layer as talked about in step #2. once I get to step 4 I do not then have a layer called vector mask, only a single layer. If I continue with out it I can not delete the background once the image is selected on select, inverse option.So can you please help me to build the shape layer correctly,as I think this is my main prob when it comes to deleting. Everything else works a treat!! thanks in advance!
