What if someone clicks own ads hiding behind multiple proxies?
Google is very smart. It knows your IP and it knows your trolling/searching patterns. And if you get caught they are merciless. At least this is what I have been told, and have read about on writer's forums.
There are probably some people out there who have figured out how to cheat, of course. I suppose they will have to deal with their own conscience (or lack thereof).

I have noticed a sharp decline in page eCPM in previous week. I am afraid if it is the result of wide format ads displayed on top of the page (above the hub title). I'll appreciate comments from other hubbers.Prem

Can it go against Google rules if they have deliberately done this thinking they are helping you? I am worried because I just had a comment posted saying "thumbs up and adsense."
