Why does my Hubscore drop every time I follow someone new?
It seems that my hubscore drops every time I follow someone on hubpages. I don't just mass follow, I always read their hubs before and after I follow them. Any ideas on this?
It might not be because your following someone but maybe because they haven't viewed your hubs. The more people that follow you the more people to view your hubs so sometimes you just have to wait. Follow Me and I'll promote some of your hubs.
@emichael; it may seem that way, but following someone does not have any effect on anything other than once they visit your hubs you get new traffic.
Another issue can surface if the HP filters decide that you are "spamming", even though you may not be. This can happen if you start following large numbers of hubbers on a daily basis. So follow judiciously
Thank you both for the response. I guess hubscores just tend to fluctuate fairly easily. I have been trying to follow judiciously

Is it true that you can follow too many hubbers, causing your hub score to lower?I have been wondering if following a large number of hubbers can cause your hub score to get 'dinged'. I recently had a relatively new...
