What do you mean by that? I haven't seen it yet. May be you have entered 2 tags at a time
It simply means that you have entered the same tag twice. Then it bolds.
I believe those are hubs that are new. You are the first one to create that particular tag.
When you try to add a tag twice by mistake, it emboldens it to let you know. It doesn't effect anything. That's my experience.
This happens to me whenever I accidentally enter a tag that I had already entered.
Ive noticed that too. It usually only happens when you try entering a tag that's been tagged already.
