Ok, this may sound stupid, but I had the same problem at first too. It wasn't an actual problem though...um, just user error. So I will share with you my ignorance, just incase the same thing is what is happening with you. I was putting www in front of the subdomain...it doesn't belong there.
Not saying thats your problem, but it was mine.
I have the same problem. I carefully type in the correct answers to my security questions and still I can not get in. They reset it for me and I get in once and then it is back to the same thing again. Not sure myself, but I contact the hubteam every time.

My hub score stays between 85-89. I can't get it any higher.Why can't I get to 90? I make comments every day, I tweak my hubs and try to make better keywords often. Is there a special skill needed to get to 90?
