Question on the position of the author's profile within their published hub...
Just curious as to why occasionally the short profile of the hub author drifts to the bottom of the hub rather than to the right. I normally see it on the right but occasionally have opened people' s hubs where the profile is buried at the bottom. Maybe it's a browser quirk?
I believe it must be a browser issue.
Remember you can't embed HTML of other code into hubs, so there really is no way a user can easily change that...
It could always just be a sticky issue with Hub Pages. Do you have any links you can post as an example?
Thanks naeemebrahimjee for you reply - that got me thinking some more and I finally stumbled upon what was causing it to happen periodically.
It is a "zoom out" issue in my browser. Apparently I must be hitting the zoom out on my keyboard by accident and that sends the right side panel to the bottom.

Just had a big drop on my profile score. And all my hubs were featured along with a steady 10 Editors Choice. I say 'were' because 3 were just unfeatured and I don't know what to do about that. My views are over 945,000. Boo-hoo. Hubpages doesn't love me anymore!
