Adsense rejected my application for insufficient content? Published already with helpful comments?
nO ADS CAN APPEAR UNTIL ADSENSE IS APPROVED AND DOES THE ADSENSE BOT REJECT HUBS WITH NO ADS. cAN I GET AN ADSENSE CODE WITHOUT APPROVAL? CHICKEN AND EGG.
In order to get Adsense approval, you have to publish at least 4 or more quality hubs. You can't get an adsense code without approval...
A single Hub does not a sufficient web presence make. AdSense wants to see significant content, not a single page that's not even a week old. Get a few dozen Hubs published, and then try again.
