Is it possible to skip the stage of giving your hub a title and unique web address when starting a new hub? So that you can return and add them when you are ready to publish the hubpage. I often need to edit my pages over a few days before publishing them. Sometimes when I come to publish the page I think that I should have picked a different Web Address/Title.
No. You have to enter both when creating a hub. You can edit the title at any time but the URL cannot be changed.
