Recently, upon arriving to their destination of Minneapolis, MN, pilot and co-pilot, busy on their laptops and not listening to air traffic control, missed their airport by 150 miles before realizing it. Finally contacted, they had to turn around and fly back. What do you think were some of the lines spoken?
For instance, on the PA system, "If you look to your left, you see Lake Superior...er...Harold, why can we see Lake Superior?"
Or, a passenger said to her hubby, "Isn't that your Aunt Tilly's house? I thought she lived in Wisconsin."

A man who complained about a $12 charge for a blanket cause the plane to be diverted to LA and affected all the passengers...How did we come to this?What is wrong with or airline industry?Can a $12 blanket be compared...
