Will joining Facebook increase my revenue at HP?
I'm one of the last dinosaur who has not joined Facebook. I'd love any input/advice I can get from my colleagues at HP. ---Please, feel free to suggest and/or critic
I share all my hubs that I write on facebook and out of the 2,500 views that I've received so far, only 58 have been through that. I get most of my traffic from hubpages. I'm not sure about everyone else but from my experience with it, it doesn't help too much.
I have found that by joining social networks and sharing Hubs (your own and other's Hubs) can be very beneficial to traffic. The key is finding a "Targeted Audience", that is, people who are interested in the same things as you. I find that my friends and family are not usually my targeted audience! If you would like to know more, check out the article I wrote about this: http://hub.me/acqgj
Hope this helps!
Social networking is not necessarily a source of revenue. There are a good number of successful authors here who do not make social network promotions a part of their strategy. Organic traffic is a much more profitable traffic source.

I find it helpful to compare the current month and recent months with the same months from a year ago to see how my revenue and audience are doing. The above title explains my situation. I have both HP ads and AdSense. Is anyone else who tracks their numbers every month seeing the same trend?

A feature I would really like to see, which would increase my earnings, and your own, no end, would be a minor upgrade to the eBay module.I have had some major issues recently with eBay sellers placing products on eBay for 99 cents, but with $20- $30 shipping. This lowers my click value, and...
