The Hub Hopper does exactly what the name implies. It allows you to hop from hub to hub. Of course it's a little more complicated than that.
It takes you through all of the new content on hubpages so you can rate it. This allows the good stuff to float to the top to be specially featured on the website. Or, if the content is really bad it gets flagged before it hangs around too long.
