    If the offending site is largely made up of copied content and it has Adsense, you could file an abuse notice with Google Adsense.  Similarly, if they are using an Amazon affiliate account, you could try reporting them to Amazon.  Same for any other affiliate schemes.

    Sometimes I leave a comment on the site under the name of "Stolen Content" so that name comes up visibly on the site. Then I ask them politely not to use my work as their own. This may not solve the issue, but it certainly makes me feel better. smile
