Is it worth it to add eBay or Amazon ads/capsules?
Do they provide much earnings?
Because I don't want to cluster my hubs with ads just for a slight increase in earning
They can be effective, but only if the products displayed are very relevant to your Hub. If you just tack somewhat related products on to the bottom of the Hub, you aren't going to earn much, if anything. More advice here:

You can't tell which ads will get clicks. It seems that ebay does not bring in much. However, if you pick them carefully (Amazon and ebay), and not just to use the capsule, chances are better that you might get a click and maybe a purchase. Make sure the ad is strongly related to your hub and is something that will interest the reader. Is it something that the reader is likely to use based on the information you provide? Is it an obscure item that he won't find in a store? Even though the earnings are relatively low, you never know when you might get a hit. Soon as I said I was going to stop using ebay, I got a couple hit in one week. Only pennies but they do add up.

I never get sales from these anymore. Should I just delete them so that it makes the adsense ads more enticing?

Authoring Hubs is about sharing and spreading ideas. Most of what we do is word-based, and a capsule to show off related Zazzle stuff would be an eye-catching way to allow readers interested in those ideas to buy...
