I was just looking at my Analytics account and I was wondering what the difference was between Visits and Page Views?

Analytics will explain and define all that for you.  Take a read through their glossary.

If one person comes to your site once and looks at three pages, that's one visit and three page views.

If three people come to your site and each look at two pages, that's three visits and six pageviews.

And of course, just to make it a little more complicated, Analytics will show you unique page views as well.  In that case if a visitor looked at a page, went to another, and came back to the first one, you would have 3 page views, but only 2 unique page views, since the same visitor viewed one of them twice.

    Simple:
A visit is a unique visitor (bots are not included)
A view is everytime a page is viewed by a visitor
