Why am I seeing earnings from Ebay without any sales?

    Why am I seeing earnings from Ebay without any sales?

    I have added a very few amount of Ebay capsules in my hubs (as low as 3-4). Two days in a row I saw small amounts of earnings from Ebay, but not in Ebay sales reports.

    Is this occurring from impressions on Ebay capsules? Or clicks on capsules?

    Besides eBay sales, eBay also pays you for quality clicks.  If someone clicks your link and bids on an item they are pushing the price up, even if they lose the auction. So eBay considers this a quality click because they make more money on the final sale.

      Since I answered this two months ago, eBay changed their policy. They no longer pay for clicks -- only for actual sales. I no longer see earnings without sales from eBay, and I have adjusted my use of eBay capsules accordingly.

      Thanks. I do see some reduced earnings from ebay capsules as well.
