You have only been here a few hours. You will find out that it takes time and work to produce enough hubs with original, useful content.
When you are indexed by Google and other search engines, and when you have subject matter that people are searching for, your page views will increase. Hubs need time to "age", and it takes time to learn all of the strategies which increase views.
In general, the more quality, content and media-rich hubs you have, the more views you will get.
Also you will do better when you use legal photos instead of watermarked ones. Read through the Learning Center and FAQ's for complete information.

I get a bit confused while I see someone talking about big earner hubs. What is a big earner hub... in the sense that it gets a lot of page views, not in terms of high paying keywords embedded in it? Let me be a bit more specific, "How many monthly page views can make a hub a big earner"?...
