Lately, I've been thinking about expanding my hubs beyond film reviews to writing various poems, short stories, and rants about issues that mean something to me.  however, for fun, i was thinking about doing a article called, "the monthly faker", as it pokes fun of a lot of tabloid magazines and celebrity mags that talk about celebrities personal lives.  everything in it would be completely fake of course, as it would be very similiar to the fake newspaper, "The Onion."  However, my version would be much darker and edgier as i would use videos collected off youtube and other places to portray comedic controversial fake scandals like having mickey turn into a psycho or having scandal across the board about sesame street and such.  what do you guys think?  you think i'd get sued for that, or someone on hubpages would report me?  or do you think i should go for it?

Why do you think Steven has a little heart? Huh? He might have a huge heart. He might be the most benevolent man on earth. Do you know him personally? He could have an enlarged heart due to some physical anomaly or illness, for all you know. You might be hurting his feelings. Do you enjoy making fun of people with handicaps?

      LOL!!!

Once you shake the moths out-- it might be entertaining. With that title-- at least people will know where you are coming from.

Steven do it. You don't need public approval for a hub idea, just go for it. It does sound interesting and I doubt anyone would sue you, unless you plan to slander them, which I'm sure you don't.

alright, i'll go ahead and do it then.  thanks for the support guys.  i just needed a few unbiased opinions about it, before going through with it.  however, it seems like you all are very supportive of the idea, so i'll be sure to get started on it right away.

nah, i don't believe that.  to be honest, i don't think anyone really is great at commenting.  besides, if you want to just say nice article, then that's good enough for me.  i'm not too picky when it comes to comments.  however, i appreciate the thought anyway.

Why do you assume our opinions are unbiased?
Random, maybe, not thoroughly thought out, probably. But unbiased? smile

idk, well seeing as none of you have anything to gain from me doing this project, i just figured you all were giving unbiased opinions.
