Is it better to publish high quality once.. or publish average quality and improve over time?
I often edit my hubs to fix little mistakes, add more photos, or update content. The hub score almost always goes up after these edits. When I have time I will often focus on my weakest hub and try to bring up the score. I don't know if this answered your question, but I hope it helped.
Both? I wouldn't recommend just publishing "fast and messy," especially once you have an established readership, but it's always a good idea to revisit hubs. I tend to go back to mine every time I learn something new that could improve them, and sometimes just revisit them because I don't know what I can improve until I see them. I still have a ton of hubs needing serious updates, but I always see nice jumps whenever they get something new added
