Click the Start a Hub button in the upper right part of the screen. You will then be guided through choosing a URL and topic to write. From there is is a drag and drop process to organize your content.

If I recall there used to be a nominate a hub for editor's choice button on my feed page. I think it was right above the Hub of the Day. I don't see it anymore. Is it gone or has it been moved...
