Is it ok to write the site address for some reference on a hub?
If you want to link to a site just for reference, then there is no problem, I suppose. But do not spam your hub with links all over, and make sure your link does not violate ToS.
If you are quoting something, definitely cite it with or without a link. Plagiarism is no good. Otherwise, I would only include links if they substantially build on your post/provide additional information.

I wrote a travel blog on another site, and it's gotten almost 2000 views in a short time. Can I place a link to it in my profile?
