Can I mention URLs?
I'm in the process of writing an article for HP and I was just wondering if I can mention the name or URL of any websites, I'm not affiliated with the sites in question, I just want to recommend them as something I have used in the past.
There is no violation in mentioning Urls. You can mention any Url in your hub. But the Url must not be a referral link or unrelated to your hub.
Does the link make sense and add to the quality of your hub? If it does then yes, you can. Though you want to limit any outgoing links or your hub may be flagged as spammy.
Make sure you are using in text links instead of just writing out the URL. It will make your hub look much nicer.

I recently submitted a sales hub for review and it was mentioned that my url would benefit more if it was something else. Wondering- should I delete this Hub and make a new with a different url or will that hurt me somehow...?

I know we can completely change our hub titles but I wondered if the first title we used is still ours or any there after for that matter even though we changed it?
