How many people do you follow and have you left them fan mail?
I'm not suggesting you do a bunch of 'Famming" but if you look around and find folks whose hubs you like and leave them fan mail you will be looked at in return. Normally this will generate true fans.
It doesn't matter how many Hubs you've got, your relationship with other Hubbers and how consistent you are in the forums will make people to notice, post comment or even follow you. Its a brand new year, you need to develop a new way of doing things. Also try to write for people first, then for computer.
