When I started writing articles for hub pages, hub pages did not publish my articles until they are featured. That is how all my articles are published and featured. I am not in touch with hub pages for years now and now when i look into my article status, they all are downgraded from 'featured' to just 'published'. why?

First take a look at your account page. Were the articles unfeatured for quality or traffic? (Look at the symbol next to the title. There is a chart at the bottom of the page that explains what those symbols. mean.)
If it is because of traffic, there is not much we can do about that. It means no one was reading your artices. You can try to edit them, get them featured again, and get them recognized again by Google.
If it was because of quality there is a lot you can do. I only looked at one of your hubs as it was in the spotlight. The others are invisible since they are not published. It needs to be updated.
Things have changed a lot in 4 years. The Amazon capsule is now considered SPAM since you do not even mention anything about the book. There are numerous grammatical errors. The subject is not going to get many views anyway. If I were a searcher and I wanted  to learn about HP I would most likely read HP official site, not the article you have written.
You really should start all over. Write a new article that can  pass.

Dr. Marc has a good point.  While you are updating and editing your old articles, you might want to consider starting new articles from scratch.  This will give you the opportunity to write about new things which will help with motivation instead of just rewriting what you've already written.  Doing both might be a nice balance.  Good luck.
