    EU visitors have the below in relation to cookies, clicking the marketing box I believe consents for targeted ads, leaving blank would not (could be wrong though)

      Choosing the second option means no ads whatsoever are served, except Amazon ones of course. Well that's the way it was when the new consent options were introduced. The situation could have changed since. I haven't checked recently.

    How about allowing us to display Amazon.co.uk ads to those that don't agree to be tracked?

    Could Google's non-personal ad targeting for the GPDR be used as an alternative to the HubPages ad program for readers who don't agree to be tracked?

    This is how my tracked UK traffic dropped since May. From 20% down to 3.7% of total traffic.

        Well non-tracked readers don't get served ads? (This is the way it was the last time I tried turning off tracking). UK traffic dropped suddenly after the the new cookie acceptance changes were implemented.
