      I've earned thousands since I started here nine years ago. It takes a lot of work and a willingness to learn and apply the lessons.
      
      You need at least 30 decent articles before you see much in the way of earnings.
      
      I read your poem and it is quite moving, better than a lot of the stuff I see here. However, you have spelling errors so always make sure to use an English spell-checker before you publish.
      
      Also know that poetry doesn't make any money here. You need to write informative articles on topics that people are searching for. Articles must be well-written and around 1000 words long. It's hard if you aren't a native English speaker.

      I've been on HP for more than 7 years.  I never reveal my exact earnings but can tell you that I currently am making 4 figures per month.  This, however, is only recent.  When I started, it was just pennies per day.

   I am using it for last 2 years mainly for getting information on various topics. Meanwhile one of my article is featured also.
   I do not have a Google Adsense account so I do not have any earning here.
   My application for Adsense is pending with Google.

         Don't apply for Adsense until you have at least 10 well-written featured articles.
