Getting hub listed on Google
I think it is there. I typed in the titles preceded by 'Hubpages'. However, you have a lot of competition for the topic so it's not yet on the first two pages.
Looking at the hub, there are a couple of issues: It's 'versus', not 'verses'. There's a massive white space after 'soil microbes increases plant growth and crop yield'.
Your 'further reading' links aren't live links. You need to use the chain icon in the toolbar.
I think your poll should be more meaningful. A yes/no poll isn't any use or interest. Perhaps it would be better to ask which kind of soil treatment your reader would prefer. You can add more answer options.
